Vin Diesel has confirmed that the production of the final film of the franchise will start in December this year. The film is due to be released worldwide on March 17, 2028.

According to the actor, the work on the final took as much as four years. During this time,the script went through four teams of writers before Diesel was happy with it.

“When I read the script a couple of weeks ago, I was crying,” the actor admitted.

It looks like the family saga is really coming to the finish line.
